SHOULD I BRING MY OWN MAKEUP?
My kit is fully stocked at all times for every skin color, eye shape, ect. I carry hundreds of products for all types of people! My kit includes over 66 shades of top of the line professional quality foundation. I am very familiar with the products I carry in my kit, and they are made to be worn for long periods of time, and photograph perfectly. If there is a certain eye shadow or lash style you want I more than likely already have it in my kit! My products have no flash back and are meant to be used specifically for flash photography. You don't need to bring a thing! Just arrive with a clean makeup free face. If you use any moisturizers or face creams, you can still wear that. It's also a great idea to wear a button up shirt or a top that can easily be taken off over your head so you do not disrupt your hair and makeup. (If a makeup artist asks you to bring your own makeup- RUN!)

While I have no formal training specifically for hair, I can provide standard basic curls.

No.
CAN YOU DO MY MAKEUP AT THE LOCATION OF MY CHOICE?
I am currently no longer offering travel services due to safety reasons.
CAN MY FRIEND COME WITH ME?
Because of the current situation with Covid, I prefer to have only the persons receiving services present during appointments. If a minor or child needs to come with you, please let me know ahead of time. Children can come, but extra time will need to be added to the appointment.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS DOES MAKEUP BY KIERSTIN ACCEPT?
Services can be paid for using Paypal, check, or cash. I do not carry change on me; please bring exact cash with you.

WHAT TYPE OF MAKEUP DO YOU DO?
You can book me for anything. Brides, wedding guest, prom, senior photos, family pictures, maternity photos, boudoir photos, ect. I would love to do your makeup for any occasion. I can do special FX or Halloween looks as well. I've even made little girls into little mermaids for mermaid photo sessions!
CAN I BOOK A TRIAL RUN?
Trial runs for wedding parties are STRONGLY encouraged. This allows us to get to know each other, and we can discuss in great detail what you can expect for your special day. Doing a trial run is just as important as trying a dress on before you walk down the aisle in it. I often will do a different look on each eye, with different lash styles so that you can see what you like and dont like before the day of the event so that we both know what to expect and everything runs as smoothly as possible.
WHICH BRANDS DO YOU USE?
For foundation, I will either use the brand RCMA or Bobbi Brown. Both are professional high quality brands. My kit also includes brands such as Nars, Mac, Too Faced, Pat McGrath, Urban Decay, Stila, Morphe, Tarte, Fenty Beauty, Colourpop, Smashbox, Anastasia of Beverly Hills, and many more.
