BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% of total service is required to book. Your session will not be booked without a deposit. The deposit is nonrefundable under any circumstances. The deposit goes towards your total service. The other 50% of total bill will be due on date of service before makeup application begins. 


If invoice is not paid on the same date of service, a late fee of $10 will be added to the invoice for each day you are late on payment.


I will send you an invoice for the deposit at the time of booking. If the deposit is not paid within 24 hours, I will cancel the invoice and move on to the next client.

If start of makeup time is before 8:00 am or after 7:00 pm, an additional $25 convenience fee will be added to your total. This includes makeup artist travel and set up time. If I am traveling to you, I require 15 minutes to set up my work area. Travel fee is $25 anywhere in Williston, anything outside of Williston is TBD.

DELAYS

An additional fee of $20 will be added to your total bill for every 15 minutes a client is late. If you're running behind, please let me know. I book makeup appointments for 1 hour. Any time taken away to do makeup will reflect in my work, therefore please do not be late. *Makeup artist reserves the right to cancel services if client is 15 or more minutes late. The total payment will still be due if makeup artist decides to cancel due to client tardiness.

COVID-19

It is the responsibility of the client to let the makeup artist know if they are feeling under the weather in any way. The client also needs to inform the artist if they have traveled or been around anybody who was exposed to Covid within the last 30 days. I take covid very seriously. Clients will be required to use hand sanitizer before beginning makeup application, and I will wear a mask during our time together. All products are sanitized before and after each makeup application.

CANCELLATIONS

I completely understand that things can come up, however when you forget to cancel your appointment without giving any notice, that means I miss the opportunity to fill your appointment time, and my other clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. I will get in touch with you the day before our scheduled time to make sure you will be at the appointment. If you need to cancel, a 24 hour notice is required or you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the service that you scheduled. If you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment, you will not be responsible for paying the service fee, but you will forfeit the deposit you paid to book your session. Deposits are always nonrefundable.

BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS

Taking before and after photos helps me to build my portfolio, and helps clients like you see my work. If you book with me, I will require an after photo, but I will only share it on social media if you're okay with it! I understand if you do not want a "before" photo, but I hope you do consider it since it's very helpful to potential customers!
